Support
Currently in beta
Cthru is currently in beta. If you need help, want to report a bug, or have a privacy or account question, contact us at support@cthru.app.
Getting started
Sign in with Apple to save your Cthru profile and settings. Connect Apple Music to build stations and play full songs. Apple Music authorization and an active Apple Music subscription may be required for full playback.
Creating stations
After connecting Apple Music, Cthru can build personal stations from your music taste. You can play stations, shuffle, skip, and save Cthru-created favorites or playlists inside the app.
Apple Music
You can connect Apple Music from the home screen or onboarding flow. To stop using Apple Music with Cthru, use the app settings and your iOS Apple Music permission controls.
Tastemakers
Tastemakers are other listeners whose Cthru stations you can discover. Some Tastemaker profiles are public, and others require a request before their Cthru-created content is visible.
Privacy and sharing
Your Cthru profile starts hidden. You can choose Hidden, Private, or Public profile visibility, and you can separately control visibility for Cthru-created stations, Cthru-created playlists, and Cthru-created favorites.
Reporting and blocking
If you see abusive or unwanted Tastemaker content, use the in-app report and block controls. Blocking is immediate and can be changed later.
Feedback and bugs
If you are testing through TestFlight, you can send feedback through TestFlight. You can also email support@cthru.app with bug reports, screenshots, device details, and what you were doing when the issue happened.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from Settings in the app. Account deletion signs you out and removes your Cthru account data according to the app's deletion flow.
Read the Privacy Policy for more detail about Cthru account data, Apple Music data, Tastemaker sharing, moderation, and user controls.
